Registration is open year-round, with interviews beginning in May. You can visit the Aurora Institute’s office or contact the institution at +243 890 800 779 to schedule an appointment.
Each new student has an oral interview with the educational management, in the mandatory presence of a parent or legal guardian .
Previous year’s report cards are required. Additional documents may be requested
depending on the student’s profile.
Supply lists are available by level:
● Kindergarten
● Primary
● Middle School
They can be collected from the secretariat or downloaded online.
Yes. Uniforms are required from Monday to Thursday . On Fridays , students may wear whatever they choose as part of “Friday Wear ,” provided they follow the school rules.
Two separate costs are to be expected:
● Application fee (initial registration) : USD 400 (non-refundable).
● Tuition fees : vary according to level, to be paid per term .
Payment is made quarterly , at these times:
● 1st quarter : August 15 to September 15
● 2nd quarter : December 16 to January 16
● 3rd trimester : March 17 to April 17
A deposit of $500 is required to validate the student’s registration before July 30.
This amount will be deducted from the first term’s fees .
