Admissions

We’re committed to making admissions smooth and transparent.

Home / Admissions process

Preschool and Primary School admissions are handled walk-in, with no appointment needed in advance. Based on their age, students are assigned to a class. The following documents must be submitted:
• The child’s passport or birth certificate
• Two passport photos;
• Immunization/medical records;
• A copy of both parents’ passports;

Toddler 2 at Institut Aurora is open to children who turn three before the end of the admission year.

For Primary School adds
• A copy of the report cards from the previous two years
• A copy of the previous school’s attestation form;

Children can only enroll in Grade 1 at Institut Aurora if they turn six before the end of the admission year.

An additional interview will be required for middle school admissions. An entrance exam may be included in the admissions process if the student is unable to demonstrate that he is at the necessary level.
Skilled subject teachers evaluate the written assessment. In order to participate in the IB curriculum and be admitted to grades 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, students must receive a score of 60%. If the kid does poorly on the admission test, a consultation with the IB Coordinator, parents, teachers, and the student will be held to decide on the best placement.

Admission of students with special needs will depend on each case individually. Although we can accept students with minor special need requirements, it is not possible to accept more complex cases.
